Healthy Parenting Home Study
Healthy Parenting is an online manual for parents, parents-to-be, and caregivers of children birth to age five. Home study is ideal for parents who like to learn on their own and/or those who do not have access to group parenting programs.
The manual is divided into six age-related modules. Topics include:
- Growth and development
- Physical and emotional needs
- Positive discipline strategies
- Speech and language development
- Safety
- Importance of Play
In addition to the core modules, complementary modules based on specific issues and topics of interest have been added. These modules will provide additional support on parenting children birth to age five. To register on-line or view our website, please visit www.healthyparenting.ca.
